At the beginning of November, when Germany announced another round of quarantine, I started to photograph a documentary portrait series I already wanted to do during the first lockdown: to portray as many people of Berlin on their doorsteps. The goal is to create a series about the people in Berlin staying at home during corona - alone, with children, parents, partners, pets, instruments, books, or whatever else keeps you going during these times.

The series should be like a postcard to those that will look back to these times from the future and wonder who we were.
